The Snypex Knight T80 20-60x80mm ED-APO Straight Spotting Scope combines
a large objective with extra-low dispersion (ED) apochromatic (APO)
lenses and anti-reflection fully multicoated optics to produce a spotter
that can be used in the field or at the range in all lighting
conditions. The APO-ED lenses correct for spherical and chromatic
aberrations to create high-contrast images with true color transmission
and reduced distortion, especially at the edges of the field of view.
Its large 80mm objective increases the low-light performance for
spotting game and wildlife at dawn and dusk or in heavily wooded areas
with a thick canopy. Anti-reflection optical coatings further help with
the low-light performance by reducing light loss, so views through the
scope are bright and clear.
On the right side of the housing is
the dual focus wheel system. A large course focus wheel brings subjects
into focus fast and then the small inner wheel can be used to precisely
focus with pin-point accuracy. The housing is nitrogen-filled for water
and fogproof performance and a twist-up eyecup allows for a custom eye
relief with or without eyewear.
