The Opus C218GP is a balance of classic Spidercam lines and the unique style of its designer, noted German knife maker, Ulrich Henniker. Its broad blade is full-flat ground from CPM S30V stainless steel and has an oversized Trademark Round Hole that is accessible with either hand. The handle’s advanced ergonomic design and textured G10 scales can maintain a variety of grip styles and offer superior control and comfort, even during prolonged use. Its open-backed construction and skeletonized full stainless steel liners keep the knife’s weight to a minimum, while offering superior strength of the LinerLock mechanism. To keep the knife poised for immediate access, the Opus features a four-position hourglass clip compatible with all carry positions.

LINERLOCK
A locking system developed by custom knifemaker Michael Walker that uses a leaf-like spring split from the liner to wedge laterally against a ramped surface on the tang of the blade.
PLAINEDGE BLADE
This knife has a sharpened blade with no serrations or teeth sometimes referred to as a smooth blade.
G-10 HANDLE
An epoxy filled woven glass fiber that is rigid, non-slip, and impervious to temperature changes and chemicals.
FULL-FLAT GRIND
This knife features a blade ground with flat bevels that extend from the spine all the way to the cutting edge. This grind reduces drag during cutting and decreases overall weight.
