The Böker Plus Kaizen takes up the deeply rooted approaches of Far Eastern philosophy and transfers their basic ideas from the spiritual to the material level. The Japanese term Kaizen consists of the syllables Kai (change, transformation) and Zen (for the better) and describes the continuous striving for improvement.
